On October 23, 2021, the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Company Legal Research Association of the Shanghai Law Society and the 2021 China Japan Enterprise Legal Forum jointly sponsored by the Japan Research Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University, the China Law and Society Research Institute of Shanghai Jiaotong University, the Company Legal Research Association of the Shanghai Law Society and the Japan Business Law Friends Association were successfully held in the Binjiang Center of Shanghai Eastern Airlines. Legal technology companies are shifting from providing indirect and auxiliary services to invading the territory of law firms and directly engaging in legal services; As a countermeasure, large law firms also began to provide relevant services outside of the law. Liu Shanquan, General Manager of the Strategic Planning Department of Shanghai Instrument and Power Group, reviewed the construction of Shanghai's digital city around the "urban digital transformation and Shanghai Instrument and Power", introduced the basic situation of Shanghai Instrument and Power Group, and shared his views on how to accelerate the improvement of the ability to serve the urban digital transformation. Zhao Yu, Deputy General Counsel of Shanghai Instrument and Power Group Co., Ltd., shared the achievements and some specific problems encountered in the construction of the compliance system of the Instrument and Power Group, focusing on the new requirements and challenges of the legal work of the enterprises brought forward by the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises and the compliance construction of state-owned enterprises. She proposed that the compliance of state-owned assets is different from that of foreign capital, and has the attribute of "big compliance".
